First, I must praise Martin Rosales on how quickly he responded to my frantic email trying to arrange a private tour in a vehicle that could hold a walker and 2 people only 4 days before we needed the tour. And Martin came through with a wonderful tour guide JZ and our driver Oscar. We started our day at the beautiful La Popa monastery. The view from the top overlooking Cartagena was stunning. JZ made sure we saw as much of historic Cartagena as we could while Oscar made sure we got there safely as well as taking David’s walker in and out of the car. By the end of our day long tour, we had soaked in so much beauty, but more importantly we made two new friends in our guide and driver! We expect to keep in touch. We highly recommend this company for anyone visiting Cartagena. They are so flexible and will arrange the tour you’d like to have. Their guides and drivers are well trained and quite personable.(even though Oscar spoke very little English and we speak no Spanish, Oscar found a way to communicate wonderfully with us even when JZ wasn’t there!) These guide and drivers “know their stuff” and they will make sure that you have a great day in Cartagena-they were both focused totally on making sure we had a good time. Definitely a 5 star day!

We eturned this past November and did a tour again with Martin. It was a very very nice day spent with Martin and his driver. We were not rushed in any way . we avoided the crowds and had a very nice day touring with Martin. As we will be returning again this November 2019 I will once again reserve our day with Martin.
